Q – WHAT IS THE ENERMED TREATMENT?
A – The ENERMED treatment begins with a detailed interview during which the answers provided by patients in their Intake Forms are discussed.
It has been found that people suffering from certain conditions such
as; Migraine Headaches, Multiple Sclerosis, CFS, Depression, ADD, Sleep
Disorders, etc., show imbalances or deficiencies in their naturally produced
bioelectromagnetic energy.
Energy Medicine Developments has developed technology called a Bioelectric
Frequency Analyzer (BFA) that measures this energy and identifies areas of
low amplitude. This information is used to program an Enermed Device.
Q – HOW DOES THE ENERMED DEVICE WORK?
A – The Enermed Device is a pulsing electromagnetic field generator which is used to supplement the areas found to be deficient. It is roughly the size of a man’s wristwatch.
The information obtained from the BFA allows us to program extremely
low frequency (ELF) "patient specific" frequencies into the
device’s memory chip. This is a non invasive treatment. The device
is powered by an inexpensive 3 volt lithium battery which should be replaced
every 30 days.
Q – Is the Enermed Therapy a cure for migraine or MS?
A – NO. The Enermed Therapy must not be regarded as a cure for your condition. What we offer is relief from certain symptoms of your condition.
Q – DOES IT WORK FOR EVERYONE?
A – NO. Approximately 25% of those who
have tried the Enermed Therapy receive no relief from their symptoms.
Q – IS THE ENERMED THE SAME AS OTHER MAGNETS I SEE ADVERTISED ON
THE WEB?
A – NO. The Enermed is a patient specific, extremely low frequency,
pulsed electromagnetic field generator. Our company is constantly working
to increase its knowledge base and effectiveness through clinical experience
and scientific data collected and reported in double-blind, placebo controlled
trials.
Q – IS THE ENERMED DEVICE APPROVED FOR SALE IN THE USA AND CANADA?
A – The Enermed is currently approved for sale in Canada. It
is not, at this time, approved for sale in the USA. We will continue to undertake
double blind placebo controlled studies required to obtain FDA approval.
Q – DO I HAVE TO KNOW MY TRIGGERS FOR MY MIGRAINES?
A – No. It is helpful if the patients have already identified
specific triggers or conditions that cause their migraines. However, each
patient will receive treatment based upon his or her individual intake interview
and bioelectric frequency analyses.

Q – HOW LONG DO I NEED TO SPEND IN VANCOUVER
A – The treatment including the intake interview, analyses and programming the device takes about 90 minutes. You leave with an Enermed device specifically programmed for you.
Q – DOES THE DEVICE NEED TO BE REPROGRAMMED, AND IF SO DO I NEED TO RETURN TO THE TREATMENT CENTRE?
A – In some cases fine-tuning is required, but it is not
necessary to return to the treatment centre. Patient data is retained
at the treatment centre and reprogramming can be done from that information.
Q – DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?
A – No. We only require a confirmed, clinical diagnosis of your
condition.
Q – ARE THERE CONTRAINDICATIONS?
A – Yes. We
will not treat anyone who has a pacemaker or other implanted device or,
suffers from epilepsy, cancer, diabetes, or has heart or kidney disease.
The Enermed must not to be worn during pregnancy.
